Natalie Angeli, a resident at Lackawanna Health Care Center, died Thursday after battling Alzheimer's disease for many years.

Born in Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Nathaniel and Esther Salkind Lindquist. Before her retirement, she was employed by Dunkin' Donuts where she held the position of store manager for 25 years. She also was a volunteer at St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen for five years before her illness.
A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she thrived on her grandchildren and will forever be remembered as "Yaya."
Surviving is a brother, Ralph Lindquist and companion, Brenda; daughter, Sandy Livanos, Scranton; daughter-in-Law, Barbara Golob, Duryea; three grandchildren, Evangelia, Dimitra and Alex Livanos; and a great grandson, Graysen Charles Hollow.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Golob; and her beloved granddaughter's cat, Littleman.
Private funeral services will be conducted from the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave., Scranton. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
There will be no public calling hours.
