Raymond J. Guziewicz, 74, of South Scranton, died Monday at home. He is survived by his wife, the former Joan Bellas.

Born in Scranton, son of the late Peter and Josephine Stahurski Guziewicz, he attended Scranton schools. He was an Air Force veteran and, before retirement, was employed at United Parcel Service. He was of the Roman Catholic faith.
Also surviving are three sons, Raymond William, Maryland; William Raymond, Scranton; and Steven John Guziewicz, Scranton; two sisters, Josephine Kimmelman and Paulette Palmer, both of Maryland; nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Peter Guziewicz and Bernard Guziewicz Sr.
A blessing service will be today at 6 p.m. in the Nicholas Chomko Funeral Home, 1132 Prospect Ave., South Scranton, by the Rev. Michael Bryant, pastor of St. John Neumann Parish.
