Ron was an inspiration to all of us, not only with his battle with cancer but also in his devotion to his family and work. I still recall Ron quite well from the earliest days on Throop Street and his never-ending desires to keep up with older siblings and friends in the Marvine area. I am certain that fight to overcome any challenges in life God fronted Ron with sustained him through his final days...
