Rosemary McCrea, 63, of South Scranton, died Friday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Her husband of 40 years is Robert McCrea.

Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Patrick and Frances Kruchinski Rouse, she was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School. Rosemary was a member of Divine Mercy Parish, Minooka section of Scranton. Before retirement, she was employed at Long John Silver's and Denny's restaurants, and J.C. Penney.
Rosemary was a woman of great faith who made many visits to the Blue Army Shrine in Washington, N.J. She enjoyed praying, helping others, traveling, baseball games, shopping and her family, including her beloved dog, Snowball. She was kind and caring toward her family and others and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is also survived by her son, Chris McCrea.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the Neil W. Regan Funeral Home Inc., 1900 Pittston Ave., Scranton, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph's Church at Divine Mercy Parish, 312 Davis St., Scranton, to be celebrated by the Rev. Francis Pauselli, pastor. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
