Stanley J. Krzykwa, 92, of Dickson City, died Monday, Dec. 3, at home. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Margaret Palovitz.

Born in Dickson City, he was the son of the late Joseph and Stella Bielawski Krzykwa, and was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. He was a graduate of Dickson City High School, and he served with the Navy during World War II and Korea, attaining the rank of first lieutenant. Before retirement, he was employed as a supervisor with Ford Motor Co. for 30 years.
Upon retirement, he returned to his boyhood home of Dickson City and lived here until his death, enjoying his deep love of nature and the church.
Surviving are three sons and their wives, Stanley, Hot Springs, Ariz.; James, Milford, Conn.; and Paul, Tyrone, Ga.; sisters, Irene Kaczmarek, Dickson City; and Regina Boyarsky, Scott Twp,; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
The funeral with military services will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with Mass at 10 in St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. Entombment, St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, Dickson City.
