Martha Naugin Hodorovich, 92, of Jessup, died Friday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was the widow of Michael "Kirby" Hodorovich, who died Aug. 3, 1993.

Born in Throop, she was the daughter of the late William and Stella Kraynik Naugin. She resided in Jessup for most of her life and was a lifelong member of St. Michael's Church, Queen of Angels Parish.
Martha was a kindhearted and generous woman who took great pride in everything she did. She worked until age 90, cleaning St. Michael's Church and school. She had a smile that would light up a room and a heart much larger than her stature. She was an amazing cook, best known for her famous kolachi. She not only fed our bodies, she fed our souls, and she will be greatly missed.
Surviving are three daughters, Martha Lupini, Peckville; Lucille Werner and husband, Ron, Ellicott, Md.; and Rosalie Ruby and husband, Gary, Archbald; a son, Michael Hodorovich and wife, Joellen, Philadelphia; grandchildren, Marceea Clark and husband, Doug, Peckville; Lori Jaap and husband, Jody, Glenelg, Md.; Noelle Ruby DePietro, Eynon; Jeremy Ruby and wife, Maria, Eynon; Alex Werner and wife, Joanna, Glenelg; and Michael, Mia and Dana Hodorovich, Archbald; great-grandchildren, Chancellor, Keenan, Payton, Zachary, Rocco, Delayne, Lola, Dante, Marco, Aaron and Darian; a stepsister, Rose Marie Wall, Jessup; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by a grandson, Joseph J. Lupini; great-granddaughters, Mary Ruth and Kirby Anne DePietro; a son-in-law, Joseph "Chip" Lupini; a brother, Thomas Naugin; and a sister, Josephine Bzdick.
The funeral will be Tuesday from the Louis M. Margotta Funeral Home, 511 Church St., Jessup, with Mass at 11:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Church, Jessup. Interment, parish cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. For online condolence,s go to www.mar gottafuneralhomes.com.
