Anna Jaskulski, 86, a Dickson City resident, died Thursday at the Hospice Unit of Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. Jaskulski, on Oct. 27, 2006; they had celebrated 58 years of marriage.

Born in Jessup, daughter of the late Stanley and Catherine Dupp Andrejko Sr., she was a member of St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. She was educated in Jessup schools and she had been employed by Borgnecht's, B&G Pants Factory and Dickson City Garment as a seamstress and examiner.

Meticulous in appearance, she kept an immaculate home. She enjoyed decorating, holidays, family gatherings, shopping and dining out. An extremely generous woman, she had great faith in God and St. Ann, never missing a Novena. She prayed the rosary daily and watched the Mass on TV when she was unable to attend church. A wonderful mom, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend, she is irreplaceable.

Her family would like to thank Dr. Cynthia Oleski and Dr. Shahroon Choudhry; also the fifth and eighth floor nurses at Regional Hospital and Hospice for the exceptional care given to our mom.

Surviving are a son, Michael and wife, Carol, Dickson City; a daughter, Lorraine Nicoletto and husband, Angelo, Taylor; four grandchildren, Laura, Tony and Vincent Nicoletto; and Alicia Jaskulski; a brother, Charles Andrejko and wife, Sophie, Blakely; sisters-in-law, Ann Jaskulski, Dickson City; Cathy Jaskulski, Clarks Summit; and MaryAnn Nykaza and husband, Walter, Dickson City; three wonderful friends, Ann Kasperowski, Marge Shay and Tony Gasiorek; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by twin granddaughters, Maria and Michelle Jaskulski; sisters, Catherine Ermel and Mary Froncek; and brothers, Joseph, Michael, Stanley Jr., John, Anthony, Felix and Peter Andrejko.

The funeral will be Monday at 9 a.m. from the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with Mass at 9:30 in St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Dickson City.
