Bil Rizzo, Jefferson Twp., died Tuesday morning at Commonwealth Hospice of Northeastern Pennsylvania of Regional Hospital of Scranton. He and his wife, the former Eileen Harvey, celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on Oct. 20.

Born and educated in Frankfurt, Germany, son of Herta Muller Rizzo of Dunmore and the late Joseph Rizzo, he was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the Air Force. Before his retirement, he was employed at the Tobyhanna Army Depot.

Also surviving are three sisters, Ann Marie Limani, Dunmore; Grace Malsberger and husband, Mark, Archbald; and Patricia Hazen, Dunmore; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.

Private funeral services were conducted at the convenience of the family. Arrangements provided by the Carl J. Savino Funeral Home, 157. S. Main Ave., Scranton.
