Elizabeth (Betty) Krauch, 94, of Scranton, died Sunday morning at Holy Family Residence in Scranton. Her husband, George (Chuck) Krauch, died Nov. 14, 1972.

Born in Taylor on March 13, 1920, daughter of the late Guy and Ellen Ray Mott, Betty was a graduate of Taylor High School. Before retirement, she had worked for Haddon Craftsmen of Scranton. She was a longtime member of St. Peter's Cathedral.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Firestone, Helen Reilly and Nora Lupton; and brothers, George, Raymond, James and an infant, Charles Mott.
Her family would like to thank Holy Family Residence, whose loving staff Betty considered her extended family.
A blessing service will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Residence, 2500 Adams Ave., Scranton. Interment, St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow. Arrangements are under the care of the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 517 N. Main St., Old Forge.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects Thursday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Holy Family Residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Residence's Memorial Fund, 2500 Adams Ave., Scranton, PA 18509.
