Elise Victoria Kolcharno, 30, a resident of Olyphant, returned to the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, May 9, 2014.

Born in Scranton, Pa., she was the loving daughter of Peter P. Kolcharno and Joyce A. Pruzinsky-Kolcharno. She was a graduate of Mid Valley High School and Allied Medical and Technical Institute.
Also surviving are sisters, Jean Mullen and husband, Tom; Karen Brudnicki and husband, David; nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. She was a member of St. Mary's Visitation Parish and also attended Mill City Assembly of God.
The family would especially like to thank those who graciously assisted her in attending hockey, NASCAR and other events throughout the valley. A special thanks to Dr. Mulloth & staff for their dedication to the care of Elise.
Although Elise was physically handicapped, Elise exhibited a very witty and spunky personality. Elise was a very sensitive person and had a compassionate heart towards others. Elise will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She will be especially missed by her parents who were her closest and constant companions.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Dickson City.
