Teresa (Dobrowolski) Barrett, a resident of Archbald, died Friday morning at the Regional Hospital after battling illness for several months. She was the wife of the late Eugene Barrett, who died in 1985.

Daughter of the late Michael and Marcy Ann Zelonls Dobrowolski, Teresa worked many years as a seamstress, but thrived on being a wonderful homemaker.

Teresa had a fun-loving personality, and enjoyed bringing laughter to her friends and family. She loved spending time with her dog and dining out every Saturday at Barrett's Pub, and enjoyed trips to the casino and cruise vacations.

She was a member of Christ the King Parish in Archbald. Deeply religious, she found great strength in the Lord.

Surviving are a son, Eugene Barrett; and daughter-in-law, Mayor Shirley Grabin Barrett, Archbald; sister, Anna (Dobrowolski) Koltis, Jefferson Twp.; several nieces and nephews, Andrea Koltis Spataro and husband, Michael; Gerald (Butch) Koltis and wife, Sheila; Paula Koltis Kaub and husband, William; Annette Koltis Novak, Mary Ellen Koltis Gaffney and husband, Kevin; Suzanne Hemak Piatt and husband, Robert; Dorothy Hemak Orazzi and husband, Dante; and John Hemak and wife, Arlene; and several great-nephews and nieces and even great-great-nephews and nieces.

Teresa was also preceded in death her sister, Stella (Dobrowolski) Hemak; and infant siblings, Mary and Chester Dobrowolski.

The funeral will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment, St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Harrison Funeral Home, 374 N. Main St., Archbald.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the family to be donated to the many Archbald volunteer organizations.
