Carmella V. Stellitano, a resident of Archbald, died Sunday morning at Moses Taylor Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph M. Stellitano, who died Feb. 4, 2005.

Born in Dunmore, daughter of the late Frank and Maria Martarano DeCarlo, she attended Dunmore schools, and was employed for numerous years at various dress factories around the area.
She was a member of Christ the King Parish and sang in the church choir for many years.
She enjoyed cooking and sewing and socializing at the Mid-Valley Senior Center.
Surviving are a daughter, Catherine Taldo and husband, Warren, Huber Heights, Ohio; grandchildren, Michael Taldo, Lisa Warmack and Erica King; great-grandchildren, Kasey Jones, Payton Jones, Michael Taldo Jr. and Nathan and Troy King; a great-great-grandson, Joshua; sisters, Mary Kaminski and husband, John; and Theresa Falcone and husband, Sam, Dunmore; and Angie Saitta and husband, Cataldo, Pittston; nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were a sister, Esther DeCarlo; and brothers, Joseph, William, Michael and Frank DeCarlo.
The funeral will be Wednesday from the Louis J. Rapoch Funeral Home, 420 Church St., Archbald, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
Interment will be at the parish cemetery.
A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday from 8 to 9:30 at the funeral home.
