Helen Rolka Ligi Belvedere, 79, widow of Louis R. Ligi and Ralph Belvedere, died Wednesday in Rogers, Ark.

Born July 20, 1934, in Dickson City, daughter of the late John and Martha Lipka Rolka, she attended Dickson City schools, and was employed in several dress factories in Olyphant and Jessup as a presser.
In 1962, she moved with her family to Waterbury, Conn., where she made her home until 2013. Then she moved to Rogers to be near her grandsons, Louis and John Ligi, and their families.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Luciano; grandchildren, Donzie Luciano, Anthony and wife, Alexa Luciano; and Justine Luciano, all of Waterbury; Louis J. and wife, Jamie Ligi; and John L. Ligi, Rogers; 12 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Eleanor Rosiecki, Dickson City; and a brother, John Rolka, Montdale.
She was also preceded in death by a loving son, Louis John "Beaver" Ligi, who was the light of her life; a sister, Charlotte; two brothers, Alfred and Henry Rolka; and two nephews, baby Joseph and Paul Rosiecki.
The funeral will be Monday from the James M. Margotta Funeral Home, 1019 Main St., Peckville, with Mass at 12:30 p.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Peckville. Interment, St. John's Cemetery, Jessup.
