Clarence V. Bartlow, Jefferson Twp., died Sunday morning at home following an illness. His wife of 43 years is the former Donna Isherwood.

Born in Maplewood, son of the late Alvin and Hazel Bartlow, he was a graduate of the former Jefferson Twp. High School and a member of the Cortez United Methodist Church. Before his retirement, he had been employed by Sugerman's in the refrigeration and air conditioning department, and was also a Jefferson Twp. road supervisor.
Surviving are daughters, Donna Cantrell and husband, Rick; Dorie Lam and husband, Mon; Debbie Cook, De Finn and companion, Jack; and Dorothy Howell; a son, Donald Cook and his wife, Tammy; a daughter-in-law, Vivian Bartlow; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and close family friend, Randy Radocsky.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Donald J. Bartlow.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Cortez United Methodist Church, 967 Cortez Road, Jefferson Twp., officiated by the Rev. Art Yetter.
