If there is any comfort in Bills passing it is knowing that he passed on the day of love and he HAS THE BIGGEST HEART of ANYONE I have ever met.

Billy and Shelley and their family always welcomed me into their homes as someone who was married to one of his nieces. I enjoyed many good times with Billy and his family and will carry with me forever fond memories of our special times together. My heart goes out to Shelley and the family. RIP Billy and thank you for all you shared.
