Lillian Ellowitz, 90, of Boca Raton, Fla., formerly of Scranton, died Monday. She was the widow of Albert, who died in 2000.

She was an avid golfer, loved reading and travel, and while in Scranton was an officer of the J.C.C. and a member of Temple Israel.
She is survived by sons, Steven of Coconut Creek, Fla.; and Jay and wife, Jill, of Lunenberg, Mass.; daughter, Barbara and husband, Brian Spiller of Boca Raton; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Howard Ellowitz and wife, Charlotte; Sam Ellowitz and wife, Grace; and Ruth Mass and husband, Marvin; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
