Nicholas Anthony Santoro, 23, beloved son and brother, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2012, at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, surrounded by his loving family. Nicholas struggled medically his entire life but he never allowed it to impact his positive outlook and strength of character. Nicholas lived a full and vibrant life and should be celebrated for being such an inspiration.

Nicholas is predeceased by his adoring maternal grandparents, Albert and Claire (O'Donnell) Harper; and paternal grandfather, Anthony Santoro. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Karen (Harper) Santoro; his brothers, Adam Jude and Dominic; his Godchild, Victoria Nichole Negron; his MomMom, Jennie Santoro Capaccio; and aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.

Viewing will be held at St. Katherine Drexel Parish, 6075 West Jersey Ave., Egg Harbor Twp., Tuesday evening, December 18, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday morning, December 19, 2012 from 9 to 11 a.m. followed immediately by a Mass of Christian Burial.
