Helen A. Potoma died on Tuesday in her home in Maple Heights, Ohio.

Born in Scranton, she was the loving daughter of the late George Sr. and Catherine Kulick Potoma.

She was a dear sister, aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt.

She is survived by a sister, Mildred Perko; two brothers, Michael and Robert; many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Edward, George Jr. and Joseph.

The funeral will be Monday at 10 a.m. with a Panachida service at 10:15 from the Chipak Funeral Home, 343 Madison Ave., Scranton, with an Office of Christian Burial service at 11 in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Mifflin Avenue and Linden Street, Scranton, to be celebrated by the Rev. Leonard A. Martin, S.J., pastor. Interment, St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow.

Friends may call Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. Parastas service at 5.
