Ann Therese "Nancy" Ruane Budno, Dunmore, died suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday afternoon in Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton. She was the widow of the late Walter "Kyser" Budno, who died on Feb. 11, 2006.

Nancy was a devoted wife, an amazing mother and the most wonderful GaGa any grandchildren could have. She died as she lived, enjoying time surrounded by her loving and devoted friends, whom she cherished. Her passing has left a hole in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Also surviving are a daughter, Alice Budno Hope and husband, Ryan, King of Prussia; a granddaughter, Hannah Elizabeth Hope; a grandson, Hunter Louis Hope; nieces, Patricia Friel and Barbara Kirschler; great-nieces and nephews.
