Sandra Marie Ide of Meshoppen died Wednesday at home. Surviving is her husband of 18 years, David Ide.

Born March 9, 1962, in South Burlington, Vt., daughter of the late Norino C. and Shirley J. Robinson Dattilio, she was a 1980 graduate of South Burlington High School and received a B.S. and master's from Springfield College in Massachusetts. She was a member of the Church of the Nativity B.V.M. and served as adviser to its youth group. She was a former soccer coach at the Tunkhannock Middle School and the Community Soccer League. She also served as a Brownie leader.
Also surviving are her son, Nicholas C. Ide, at home; stepson, Joshua D. Ide, Columbia, Md.; daughter, Jessica N. Ide, at home; stepdaughter, Samantha L. Ide, Tunkhannock; brother and sister–in-law, Steven and LouRea Dattilio, South Burlington; sisters, Toni and Timothy Cassidy, Jerchio, Vt.; and Rosie Dattilio, Colchester, Vt.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Nativity B.V.M. in Tunkhannock. Interment, Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the church.
The family will receive friends at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m.
