I knew Shaun and Catherine when Shaun was on his second tour in Oman and I was CO of No 3 (helicopter) Squadron at Salalah. They both contributed a great deal towards making Oman the lovely country it is today.

I had the pleasure of being Shaun's roommate while he was attending Harvard School in North Hollywood, CA. on an English exchange program in 1963. I remember him as always trying and enjoying everything in life, from American "football" to our military ways of high school. I last saw him and met Catherine at our 50th reunion in 2013. He made a positive impact on my life as I'm sure he did to many others. My condolences to his wife and family.
