Our deepest love and sympathy to Caroline, Andrew, Alison and Susan from your friends in Christian Medical Fellowship. Sam will be very fondly missed. We rejoice in a life well lived in Christian service and are thankful that this painful separation is temporary because of the certain promises of God, through our Saviour Jesus Christ. Be assured of our prayers. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.
