Fleming, Shirley Ann  
Shirley Ann Fleming 80, formerly of Bad Axe passed away peacefully on December 18, 2014 at her home in Algonac. Shirley was born on March 10, 1934 to the late Melvin and Lillian (Cook) Dove in St. Clair County. She was united in marriage to Henry (Hank) J. Fleming on July 11, 1959. They were together for nearly 52 years before he passed away on February 19, 2011. Shirley enjoyed crafting, making quilts, baking, and sewing. She was a great cook, loved to polka dance with Hank and travel. Shirley is survived by her children Terry (Gordy) Moak of Port Huron, Kathy Farmer of Algonac, Joe (Sheila) Fleming of Algonac, John (Gina) Fleming of Port Huron, Bob (Tammy) Fleming of Bad Axe, and Rick (Karen) Fleming of Sandusky; sister Mary Cales of Sandusky; twenty three grandchildren, thirty four great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother Elton Dove, son Melvin Dove and grandson Brandon Moak. Funeral service will be 11 am Monday, December 22nd at MacAlpine Funeral Home in Bad Axe. Burial at Colfax Township Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 - 8 pm on Sunday, December 21st at MacAlpine Funeral Home and from 10-11 am on Monday, December 22nd.
