Dear family, We got word of Uncle Elroy's passing and want you to know our prayers are with you since we can not be. Many wonderful memories come to mind and even our daughter Jessica recalls sitting in the bleachers with Uncle Elroy at the basketball games when she played. He will be sorely missed by everyone but I do know that all the Hanton's are having quite a gathering in heaven and when I listen real close I can hear them singing.

Sorry to hear about "Doc" Dan. Our prayers are with all of the Hanton Clan in this trying time. I know at 92, some would say "Doc" had a good run, but I know you would give everything Dan for one more day at "Doc's" side. I can still see him with his (statistical clip board) along the sidelines and in the stands cheering you on with every breath he had Dan. "Doc" was a special man, a touch of class in a world where honesty and loyalty have slipped a little along the way. "Doc" will be missed Dan, but never forgotten. He left a beautiful legacy in you Dan, and all the Hanton Clan.
