Joshua O Parker Born December 8 1984 As a child Joshua played soccer and Little league baseball and came in 1st place to be City Champs in 1996. He spent many hours on lego projects and also enjoyed fishing which is where he found his first dog Punkin. He had a shoe obsession from early on. His only other obsession was drawing. Josh was a very talented & creative artist. His passion for drawing surpassed everything else. He had the unique ability to create what was on someones mind onto paper, then onto skin. His legacy will be the art he left behind on all those lucky enough to be tatted by him. He graduated from PHHS 2003. And also from RESA in the CAD program. He worked for Dana Corp after High School and then began working as a Tattoo artist and really enjoyed his work. He had a special place in his heart for his daughters that he loved more than anything and his Mom and Nana, they always believed in him.
He was so loved and will be deeply missed by his parents, Orville Parker, Wendy and Tim Holmes; his ex wife, Korey Lafrance; 3 daughters, Alexis Parker, Kylee Parker, Chloee Parker; step sons, Nathan and Kadin; grandparent, Jerry and Judy Bailey, Erika Parker, Marge and Gary Holmes; as well as a number of aunts uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Frances Parker and his 2 dogs Punkin & Chip.
A funeral service will take place at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in Smith Family Funeral Home-South, 1230 Seventh St. with David Teeple officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family to support his daughters. www.smithfamilyfuneralhome.com
