Marjorie B. Greene Port Huron Marjorie B. Greene, 81, of Port Huron, passed peacefully Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in Port Huron Hospital. She was born November 9, 1931 in Port Huron to the late Darell and Sylvia Chisholm. She married Robert Greene on December 18, 1948 in Port Huron. Mrs. Greene was a graduate of Port Huron High School and attended St. Clair County Community College and the University of Michigan. She became a licensed realtor in 1967 working for H.G. Moak Realty, which she purchased in 1981 when she became a broker. She was active with the St. Clair County Board of Realtors, serving as president in 1985-86 and on the Ethics, Multi List and Arbitration committees. She was a member of NAR, MAR and ETAR. She was an original member of Rainbow Order for Girls and a member of TAM Sorority, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and served as Brownie leader. She was president of Cotillion Dance Club and a member of Port Huron Golf Club and Grace Episcopal Church, where she served on the Altar Guild. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert; a son, Robert J. Greene II (Mark White); three daughters, Karen (Dr. Michael) Kress, Marjorie (Dr. Royce) Beers and Sally (Mark) Steward; five grandchildren, Christopher M. Kress, Kelly (Brian) Kress Castro, Dr. Chad Beers, Dr. Kyle Steward and Blake W. Steward; a sister, Betty J. McPhee; a brother, James W. (Joyce) Chisholm; a brother-in-law, Ronald E. (Barbara) Greene; several nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Daisy. She was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda J. Collins-Boughner on April 1, 2010. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Friday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2013 in Grace Episcopal Church. The Rev. Dr. Lydia Agnew Speller will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township.
