Jeanette I. Kessler, Clyde- Jeanette Irene Kessler, 61, died peacefully on April 1, 2013, at her home of natural causes. She was born July 4, 1951 in Detroit to Clair and Irene Kessler. Jeanette graduated from Memphis High School in 1969 and from St. Clair County Community College in 1997 from the nursing program. She was an E.R. Nurse at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and Henry Ford Health System. She was a member of Elks Lodge #343. She enjoyed softball, the beach, playing the guitar and singing, gardening and landscaping, was an avid golfer, and especially loved being with her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Michael (Sandra) Fleury; two grandchildren, Allyson and Natalie Fleury; her parents, Clair and Irene Kessler; five brothers, William (Kay) Kessler, David (Cheryl) Kessler, Robert Kessler, Thomas (Kris) Kessler, and Michael Kessler and partner, Richard Montgomery; her sister, Deborah (Louis) Flanigan; three aunts, Judy (Joseph) Krajacic, Justyn Wilkins and Julianne Korich; many nieces and nephews; and her two feline companions, Joe and Henry. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Friday, April 5, 2013 in Smith Family Funeral Home-North, 1525 Hancock Street, Port Huron with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the
