James "T.J." Howe

James "T.J." Howe, 31, of Port Huron, died unexpectedly Thursday, November 14, 2013.
He was born August 17, 1982 in East China. He worked as a cook at Daybreak Café for over 10 years. He enjoyed golfing and loved being with his children.
T.J. is survived by his three children, Alena and Kaylee McKain and Emerson Lapensee; his mother, Kim Taylor; grandfather, George Taylor; five brothers, Kemani (Tanga Davis) Auciello, Donald (Jamie) Howe, Samuel Howe, Ronald Howe Jr., and Lawrence (Tina) Howe; two sisters, Sharon Mathews and Kristine Howe; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister, Christina Dean; grandmothers, Patricia Taylor and Eileen Howe; and a niece Ginger Gladwish.
A memorial service will be held in the spring.
Arrangements are by Smith Family Funeral Home-North, 1525 Hancock Street, Port Huron.
