Fonville, Mrs. Minnie Lorine Wiley*  
BURLINGTON - Mrs. Minnie Lorine Wiley Fonville, 98, of 505 Morgan Terrace, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec.16, 2014 at 4:45 p.m. at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Green Level and was the daughter of the late John and Enolia Wiley and the granddaughter of the late Vinnie McBroom. She was the wife of the late Wilson Fonville. Mrs. Fonville was a dedicated domestic worker and the owner of Fonville Trailer Park in Green Level and other rental properties. She was a devout member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ where she sang in the senior choir. She was also a member of Missionary #2 of the church. Mrs. Fonville loved the Lord and found joy working in the church. She was a loving, caring, dynamic mother and grandmother. Her great-grandson, Morrison Alexander McAdoo, was her heart and brought her much joy and happiness. She will lovingly be missed by her surviving daughters, Dr. Jean Murray (John, deceased) of Hillside, N.J., Mrs. Judith Wingard (Howard) of Newark, N.J., and Mrs. Sharon Stanfield (Artis) of Burlington; seven grandchildren, Michael Murray (Susan) of Hillside, N.J., Christopher Murray (Racquel) of Newark, N.J., Diane Murray of Hillside, N.J., Howard F. Wingard of Newark, N.J., Don Juan Wingard of Newark, N.J., Cleopatra Wingard of Union, N.J., Morris McAdoo (Nia) of Charlotte, N.C., three great-grandchildren, Diana Williamson of Hillside, N.J., Christopher John Murray of Newark, N.J., and Morrison Alexander McAdoo of Charlotte, N.C., and one great-great-grandson, Kaden Murray of Newark, N.J.; two sisters; Mrs. Beatrice Jones of Burlington and Mrs. Ophelia Baynes of Green Level; nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by four sisters, Elsie Wiley, Madeline Sellars, Eunice Harvey, and Inez Headen and one brother, John Wiley Jr. Visitation with the family will take place on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at Hargett and Bryant Funeral Home at 5 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at Ebenezer United Church of Christ on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Dr. Larry Covington. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church. At other times the family will receive visitors at the home. The funeral service interment will be held at North Lawn Cemetery. Hargett and Bryant Funeral Home is serving the family.

Foushee, Mrs. Audrey Durham*  
GRAHAM - Mrs. Audrey Durham Foushee, 89, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at 9:45 p.m. A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late Jack William Foushee Sr. and the daughter of Charlie Durham and Annie Perry Durham, both deceased. She retired from Glen Raven Mills. Audrey was a member of Graham Friends Church where she played the piano, sang in the choir, and was a member of the Women's Circle. Survivors include a granddaughter, Jan F. Burge; great-granddaughter, Laurin E. Burge; two brothers, Delbert Durham of Burlington and Drexel Durham of Rocky Mount; and three sisters, Faye Moffett and Gayrene Pitts, both of Burlington and Linda Durham of Roanoke, Va. She was preceded in death by a son, Jack Foushee; three brothers, Gordon Durham, Buck Durham and Hubert Durham; and one sister, Lucille Andrews. The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Thomas K. Barton Sr. with the family receiving friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215 and Graham Friends Church, 700 North Main Street, Graham, NC 27253. Frauendorfer, Bartel "Bart"*  
BURLINGTON - Bartel "Bart" Frauendorfer, 83, was reunited with those loved ones gone before him on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014. He passed away at his home with his family close by. Bart was born in Wake County on Aug.16, 1931. He was the son of the late August and Margarette Schrader Frauendorfer. He was married for over 53 years to the love of his life, Frances Marie Widenhouse Frauendorfer, who passed away in 2012. Bart grew up on a farm in Raleigh, N.C., and after high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Bart attended Campbell College, Atlantic Christian College, and eventually earned a master's degree in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He served Alamance County as a psychiatric social worker for more than 30 years. Bart and Frances made the promise of a lifetime on his birthday in 1959. They had three children, two daughters and a son. Their door and hearts were always open to those in need. To those who loved him, he was "Daddy," "Grandaddy," or "Mr. Bart," known for his dry sense of humor, his love for all living things and the outdoors, his impeccable dancing skills, and his gentle soul. He was a hard-working man who was always willing to lend a hand. Those he leaves behind will miss him tremendously. Survivors include two daughters, Janice F. Sprow and her husband, Jim, of Louisville, Ky., and Maggie F. Moore of Burlington; a son, Erick Frauendorfer and his wife, Melissa, of Farmington, Utah; honorary daughter, Linda Bennett and her husband, Larry, of Lugoff, S.C.; grandchildren, Misty Irwin, Scott Roberts, Dani Moore and Amber Moore; and a loving caregiver, Rhonda Franklin. Bart was preceded in death by his wife and parents. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Alice Jernigan and the Hospice nurses and aides who were by his side until the end. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel in Burlington. The family will receive friends following the service in the chapel and other times at the home.
