BURLINGTON - Casey Kane, 21 years old, passed away in Greenville, N.C. He was brought into this world on August 22, 1991, at Edwards AFB, California. He departed from us July 25, 2013, surrounded by love, friendship, and music.
A graduate of Western Alamance High School and current senior at East Carolina University, Casey was in love with music; the creation of it, the making of it, and the teaching of it. He was a kind-hearted person who was loved and will be missed by all.
A memorial service will be held for Casey on Saturday, Aug. 3 at 2 p.m. at Westside Fellowship located at 1651 N.C. 87 North, Elon, NC 27244, with a brief visitation for family and friends starting at 1 p.m. and continuing after the service.
Casey is survived and sorely missed by his mother, Brenda Kane and Tony of Gibsonville; father, Michael Kane and Tiana of Burlington; and siblings Sydney, Kendal, Emily, and Victoria. He is also survived by grandparents Jim and Jackie Kane and Sharon Stewart from Burlington, and Rose Muzzy from Rosamond, Calif. His beautiful smile and easy-going manner will be missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, scattered throughout the United States.
