Mrs. Frances Easley Wooding

BURLINGTON - Mrs. Frances Easley Wooding, 77, of Cedar Creek, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 8 a.m.
A native of South Boston, Va., she was the wife of the late Hubbard Marshall Wooding Jr. and the daughter of Thornton Jordan Easley and Frances Mae Chaffin Easley, both deceased. She was a former bookkeeper and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a son, Thornton Wooding and wife Teresa of Burlington; daughter, Margaret W. Gleason and husband Russell of McLeansville; sister, Betty Moseley and husband William of Greensboro; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marsha Wooding Adams.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Saturday, April 12, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. At other times they will be at the home of the son, Thornton Wooding, 309 Lenox Place, Burlington, N.C.
A memorial service will be held in South Boston, Va. at a later date.
