Ms. Glenda Ashley Wicker

SNOW CAMP - Ms. Glenda Ashley Wicker, 71, of 8545 Black Walnut Court, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at 9:05 a.m.
A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of John Thomas Ashley and Sara Frances Horner Ashley, both deceased. She retired from Culp, Inc. and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Siler City.
Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Reed and husband Jason of Snow Camp and Sonia Cheek and husband John of Graham; son, William Dennis Owens Jr. of Graham; three grandchildren, Taylor Reed, Conner Reed and Timmy Hensley; three great-grandchildren, Shana Hensley, Desirea Hensley and Shyanne Hensley; sister, Betty Foust of Mebane; and two brothers, David L. Ashley and James B. Ashley, both of Graham.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Peggy Harris and Harriet Conklin; and a brother, Henry Ashley.
The funeral service will be conducted in the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Sunday, May 11, 2014, at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Jeanne Neal. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence.
