NEW YORK - Ms. Mary Louise Haith, 72, of 260 Audubon Ave., Apt 6F, died Jan. 7, 2013 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, N.Y.
She was the daugthter of Mr. Claude Haith Sr. and Mrs. Emma Smith Haith, both deceased. She joined Kimes Chapel Baptist Church at an early age before moving to New York.
Survivors include daughters, Wanda Haith-Frazier (Samuel) of Charlotte, N.C. and Nicole Haith-Ince (Gregory) of Burlington, N.C.; sisters, Mae Catheryn Haith of Irvington, N.J., Jean Haith of Newark, N.J., Glenda Haith Taylor of Woodbridge, N.J. and Fontaine Haith Hester (Roney) of Burlington; sisters-in-law, Betty Haith of Mebane, Mabel Haith of New Jersey and Naomi Haith of Georgia; grandchildren, Ginikwan, Keyosha, Sakile, Dakarai and Dyani. and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Hilton, Claude, David and Tony Haith; and a sister, Carolyn Haith.
The public viewing will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11 in the Roy Blackwell Chapel of Blackwell Funeral Home, Burlington. At other times the family will receive visitors and friends at the home of Michael Haith, 5009 Fuller Road off N.C. 119, Mebane.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 in the Roy Blackwell Chapel in Burlington with Pastor Tyrone Alston providing the eulogy. Family visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. prior to the service in the Roy Blackwell Chapel. Burial will be in Kimes Chapel Baptist Church cemetery, Mebane.
