Rex Marshall Jones

BURLINGTON - Mr. Rex Marshall Jones, 53, of 2109 Belmont Street, Burlington, died at the Hospice Home on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 5:30 p.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Hal Vernon Jones and Ruth Hinshaw Jones, who survives.
In addition to his mother with whom he made his home, survivors include a son, Terry Allen Brown of Burlington; sister, Donna Kay Jones of Burlington; brothers, Hal Terry Jones and wife Carolyn of Siler City, Michael Lee Jones and wife Yvonne of Graham, Thomas Clinton Jones and wife Ruth, James Vernon Jones and Timothy Lynn Jones, all of Burlington; and granddaughter, Tiara.
The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Don Pegg. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Hospice Home and to friends of the family for their care and support.
