Mrs. Ruth Eddy Lincoln Cook

BURLINGTON - Mrs. Ruth Eddy Lincoln Cook, 89, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
A native of Manchester Depot, Vt., she was the wife of the late Enver ""Pete"" Cook and the daughter of Robert J. Lincoln and Florence Louise Eddy Lincoln, both deceased.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Manchester Center, Vt. and the Colonial Dames XVII Century.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley McGuire and husband Mike of Burlington, N.C.; two sons, Norman Cook of Bethel, Conn. and Robert Cook and wife Donna of Manassas, Va.; two sisters, Vivian Saari of Shushan, N.Y. and Eleanor Rivera of Hialeah, Fla.; brother, Robert Lincoln and wife Alice of Rutland, Vt.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Harriman.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at Oak Creek Retirement Community on Sunday, March 30, 2014, from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
