BURLINGTON - Mr. George Lee Albright, 86, of 827 Railroad St., died at the Hospice Home on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at 9:58 p.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of the late Margie Patterson Albright and the son of Minter A. Albright and Ethel Neese Albright, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during World War II. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Joe Lee Albright and James Edward Albright and wife Linda, all of Graham; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Albright Long and eight brothers, Ned Albright, James L. Albright, Glenn Albright, William Albright, Earl Albright, Snook Albright, Clarence Albright and Thomas Albright.
A graveside service will be conducted at Graham Memorial Park on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Norman Fargis.
