SNOW CAMP - Clarkson Lindley Hadley, 85, of 8773 Bethel South Fork Road, Snow Camp, died May 10, 2013 at the Presbyterian Home of Hawfields.

Born in Alamance County, he was a lifelong member of South Fork Friends Church and a member of William Penn Sunday School Class and a lifelong dairy farmer.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Callie Peace Hadley, of the home; sons, William Hadley and wife Brenda of Snow Camp and Leonard Hadley of Snow Camp; daughter, Joan Hadley Helton and husband Andy of Burlington; grandchildren, Charles and Andrew Hadley, Emily and Macy Helton; brother, Russell Hadley and wife Peggy of Snow Camp; sister, Phyllis Wilson and husband Harry of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and special caregiver, Tina Hart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Franklin Hadley and Myrtis Ellen Braxton Hadley; infant son, Clarkson Lindley Hadley Jr.; brother, Herman Hadley; sisters, Vera Lamb and Evelyn McKinney.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, May 13 at South Fork Friends Church in Snow Camp and at other times, at the home of William and Brenda Hadley, 8875 Bethel South Fork Road, Snow Camp.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, May 13 at South Fork Friends Church by the Rev. Andrew Needham. Burial will be in South Fork Friends Church cemetery.
