BURLINGTON - Cora Imogene "Jean" Cornett Ackerman, age 87, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 24, 2012. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 3 p.m. at Mount Bethel United Methodist Church in Bahama. Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
