GRAHAM - Earl McClain Staley, 85, of 349 Southern High School Road, Graham, died Monday, November 4, 2013, at Alamance Health Care in Burlington.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013, at Shiloh UMC, Liberty with the Rev. Don Pegg officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He was a native of Randolph County, retired from Singer Sewing Company, a former truck driver with APAC, and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Earl was a graduate of the Class of 1947 Liberty High School, an avid UNC basketball and baseball fan, and an excellent gardner. He was preceded in death by parents, Dwight and Dolly Coble Staley; daughter, Harriet Staley; brothers, Dwight Staley, Jr., and Dewey W. Staley.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Staley, of the home; daughter, Gay Nell Staley, of Climax; sons, Ronald Staley, and wife, Cindy, of Staley, Milton Staley, and wife, Donna, of Asheboro, Adrian Staley, of Climax; stepdaughters, Angela Coley, and husband, Jerry, of Graham, Wendy Brown, and husband, Ricky, of Mebane; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
