CAMDEN, S.C. - A funeral service celebrating the life of Ethelyn Corbett Christmas, 93, of Camden, S.C., will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, June 29, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Camden. The Rev. Bruce Hancock will officiate. Burial will follow in Quaker Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church Fellowship Center.

Ethelyn Corbett Christmas, widow of the late Clarence Edward Christmas, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013. She was born in Camden, S.C., daughter of the late Thomas Malcolm and Aretha Marshall Corbett. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Camden.
Ethelyn is survived by her son, C. Edward Christmas Jr. (Carolyn), of Graham, N.C.; stepgrandson, Michael K. Meador of Rifle, Colo.; brother, Jack Richard Corbett of Camden; and sister, Joyce McKenzie of Azusa, Calif.
In addition to her husband and parents, Ethelyn was preceded in death by her son, Michael Lyn Christmas; sister, Charlotte Pate Inman; and brothers, William Duncan Corbett and Thomas Malcolm Corbett Jr.
