BURLINGTON - Mrs. Hallie Mae Currie Enoch, 82, of 1609 Morningside Drive, Apt. F, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at Hospice Home of Alamance.
She was the daughter of the Rev. Florence Currie and Myrtle Eva Vaughn Currie, and the wife of Willie Frank Enoch Jr., all deceased.
Mrs. Enoch is survived by four daughters, Brenda Faye Enoch Gwynn, Debra Enoch Gant, Vicky Enoch Burnette (Roy), and Melissa Ann Enoch Moore, all of Burlington; one brother, William Edward Currie (Charlena) of Glen Raven; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 to 8 p.m.
Her funeral service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014, at 3:30 p.m. at Jeffries Cross Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Union Ridge Church cemetery next to her husband.
The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the funeral service at the church, and at other times at 305 North Logan Street.
