GRAHAM - Mr. Joseph David Fuller, 38, of 5540 Lindley Mill Road, died Oct. 8, 2012 at his residence.
He was the son of the late Mr. George Smith and Ms. Julia Alston Fuller of the home.
He was a former spinner at Alamance Finishing and attended Southern High School. He was very compassionate, loved his family and was always willing to help. He enjoyed the time with his nieces and nephews, making them laugh and playing computer games and horse-playing with them. He also enjoyed working on cars.
Survivors include his mother, Julia Mae Fuller, son, Marquis Fuller, of the home; sisters, Annie Johnson of Graham, Barbara Patterson (Steven) of Woodbridge, Va., Glenda Baldwin, Betty J. Curtis and Angela Chandler (Ralph), all of Graham; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The public viewing will be Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 from 1 until 8 p.m. in the Roy Blackwell Chapel of Blackwell Funeral Home, Burlington. At other times the family will receive friends at 5434 Lindley Mill Road, Graham.
There will be a private funeral on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow the service.
