BLANCH, N.C. - Mrs. Lavern Slade Johnson, 64, of 3705 Slade Road, died Monday, October 22, 2012. A viewing will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Fulton Funeral Home Chapel.
The funeral will be Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. at River Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family may be contacted at her residence, 3705 Slade Road, Blanch.
