BURLINGTON - Mr. Curtis "TD" Tederral Alston, 59, of 907 North Park Road, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Hospice Home of Alamance.
TD was the son of Annie Enoch Alston of the home and Calvin Curtis Alston of Burlington; and the husband of Gloria Jean Hatfield Alston of Charlotte.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheneka Hatfield; and a sister, Wendy Graves.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by five daughters, Tiffany James (Ralph), Tekeyla Hatfield, Amber Hatfield, all of Charlotte, DeShannon Hatfield, Tenisha Hatfield, both of Burlington; one brother, Deric Alston (Jackie), of Jacksonville; two sisters, Toni Alston and Pamela Jeffries (Danny), both of Burlington; 14 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at 2 p.m. at One Way Outreach with Elder Derek King officiating. Burial will follow in North Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church, and all other times at the home. Public viewing will be held on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012 from 1 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
