GRAHAM - Mrs. Pauline Vincent "Polly" Lloyd, 88, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, May 9, 2013, at 6:50 p.m. following a brief illness.

A native of Randolph County, she was the wife of the late Vernell Vincent and the late Percy Lloyd and the daughter of Harvey Glass and Emma Campbell Glass, both deceased. She was a retired textile employee and a member of Eastlawn Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Janelle Matney and Vickie Adams, both of Burlington; stepdaughter, Glenda Ferrell and husband Roy, of Kentucky; two sisters, Delores Sands, of Liberty, and Catherine Perry and husband Max, of Graham; brother, Joe Glass and wife Joanne, of Liberty; sister-in-law, Betty Glass, of Liberty; three grandchildren, Tim Matney, Chris Adams and Stephanie Adams; and three great-grandchildren, Caleb Adams, Cohen Adams and Addyson David.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Stephens, and brother, W. G. Glass.
The funeral service will be conducted at Eastlawn Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Steve Joyner. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park. The body will be taken to the church 30 minutes prior to the service to lie in state.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Other times, they will be at the residence.
