GRAHAM - Mrs. Patricia Chaplin "Patsy" Poole, 69, of 629 Hollow St., died May 24, 2014, at her home.
She was the wife of Mr. Grady M. Poole of the home and daughter of Mr. Preston Chaplin and Mrs. Martha Waddy Chaplin, both deceased.
She was a member of Jeffries Cross Baptist Church and a 1964 graduate of Central High School.
Survivors other then her husband of the home include a daughter, Crystal Hoge (Troy) of Yorktown, Va.; a son, Brandon Poole of Burlington; three grandchildren, Kennedy, Kolby and Skylar; a brother, Jimmy Chaplin (Louise) of Richmond, Va.; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Corbett of Mebane and Ava Chaplin Mebane (Carlton) of Burlington.
The celebration of life for Mrs. Poole will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at Burton's Chapel Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive visitors 30 minutes prior to the service and at other times, the family will be at the home. There will be no public viewing; however you may come by Sharpe Funeral Home on Thursday, May 29 from 1 to 5 p.m. to sign the register.
