BURLINGTON - Mrs. Alice Troxler Wright, 88, of 1363 Kirkpatrick Rd., Burlington, passed away at 8:25 PM, Friday, May 30, 2014, at the Hospice Home.

A native of Guilford County, she was the wife of the late William "Eddie" Wright and daughter of the late R. Frank Troxler and Esdah Reynolds Troxler. Mrs. Wright was a retired textile employee and of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Pamela Isley of Burlington and Linda Hutchens and husband Marshall of Mebane; three sons, William Howard Wright and wife Rebecca, Roger Wright and wife Christine all of Snow Camp, and Raymond "Ray" Wright and wife Lynn of Graham; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ralph "Dink" Bell; a brother, Raymond Troxler; and a sister, Elizabeth Mae Reichert.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 3, at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington with Rev. Mike Williams, Rev. Ken Simpson and Dr. Dace Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 12:45 – 1:45 PM, prior to the service.
The family would like to thank Mary Ellen Andrews, Pete Dodson and Louise Gilmore for their special friendship. They would also like to thank, for their mother's loving care, Dr. Kenneth Fath, Dr. Richard Gilbert, Debbie Brady, NP, the staff of Hospice Home, Dr. Munsoor Lateef, Dr. Hemang Shah, Dr. Glenn Crystal, and Dr. Sandeep Pandit. Their kindness goes way beyond their call of duty.
