WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Henry Grady Morris, 92, of Winter Haven, Fla. passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014, at his home.

A native of Omega, Ga., Grady lived most of his life in Burlington where he and his late wife, Pauline Callahan Morris, raised their family.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winter Haven where he was a Deacon Emeritus and Sunday School teacher. Grady was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a retired electrician and later, in Florida, operated a golf cart repair business until he was 88 years old.
Survivors include his daughters, Donna Morris Williamson and husband Gene of Raleigh and Pam Morris of Bartow, Fla.; grandchildren, Kirsten, Tyler, Zachary, Caleb and Emma Barrett, all of Wake Forest.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2014, in Pine Hill Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, prior to the funeral service.
