GRAHAM - Mrs. Lucille Stadler Caulder, 83, of 715 Sycamore Road, Graham, N.C., went home peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 9:50 a.m. at her home.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a charter member of Eastlawn Baptist Church and attended Kinnett Memorial Baptist Church. She worked with teenagers as a Sunday school teacher. She was known as the strong member of the family, always taking care of others.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Caulder Johnson of Graham; a son, Jerry Alton Caulder and wife Debbie of Gibsonville; grandchildren, Brian Blackard and wife Sarah of Graham, Kris Johnson of Garner, Brooks Caulder of Gibsonville and Allison Caulder; great-grandchildren, Landon and Ava Blackard, Garrett Rudd; sister, Shirley S. Ragle and husband John.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton D. Caulder, parents, John Raleigh Stadler Sr. and Rosa Kimbro Stadler; sisters, Doris Anthony and Mozelle Randleman; brothers, John R. Stadler Jr., Herbert E. Stadler, John W. Stadler and Bobby L. Stadler.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, April 23 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by the Rev. Don Pegg and the Rev. Mike Jones. Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 22 at McClure Funeral Home in Graham and at other times at the residence of the family.
