JIm Holt taught me how to hit...I enjoyed every moment learning from not only a World Series winning player but an even better man. Good Lord he was funny. Everything I taught my 4 children and lots of other fastpitch softball and baseball players I learned from Jim Holt and they all hit pretty dang good. That's how important he was to me as a young man and kids who didn't know him. He was that good and I'll thank him personally in Heaven one day
